ABOUT STUDENT WELFARE

1) The student welfare department was established in SPPU, Pune in 1974.

2) The student welfare department was established in SMBST College in 2006.

3) All educational and Cultural activity are being run under student welfare scheme.

4) Educational, Cultural, Social, Syllabus oriented courses, skill based programs are organized under this scheme.

5) Under the Earn and Learn Scheme provides facility for economically weaker students to make bright future.

STUDENT SAFETY INSURANCE

Savitribai Phule University Pune , Student Development Board has launched the Student Protection,

Insurance   Scheme for College and Post-graduate Students from 1992-93.

To avail the scheme, every student gets a security insurance of Rs. 10.
